Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. There is no eye disease caused by other reasons, which can be obtained through inquiry and feedback. 2. Able and willing to perform Xingjinyuan Qigong standing training throughout the whole process and able to cooperate with the eye examination. 3. Sign informed consent and at least one parent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who use contact lenses cannot be included. 2. Those who have undergone orthokeratology or orthokeratology cannot be included. 3. Those who use acupuncture cannot be included. 4. Those who use eye drops for a long time cannot be included. 5. Those who receive eye massage for a long time cannot be included.
