Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing unilateral total hip arthroplasty for the first time; 2. Agree to accept the trial and sign informed consent patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to dexamethasone; 2. Patients with alcohol and drug abuse; 3. Patients younger than 18 years old or older than 75 years old; 4. Patients who had taken glucocorticoid 3 months before surgery; 5. Patients taking strong opioids one week before surgery; 6. Patients with severe heart disease (NYHA > 2) and liver and kidney failure; 7. Coexist rheumatic system disease patients (rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, systemic lupus erythematosus, etc.).
