Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. From December 2020 to December 2021, laparoscopic colorectal cancer radical surgery under general anesthesia in our hospital; 2. Risk score of postoperative pulmonary complications >= 26; 3. ASA grade I ~ III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who refused to participate in the experiment; 2. Patients younger than 18 years old; 3. Patients with neuromuscular junction transmission disorders; 4. BMI >= 30Kg/m2; 5. Patients who are mechanically ventilated or have severe cardiac or pulmonary complications or other diseases that may endanger the safety of the trial procedure, and who use pacemakers or implantable cardioverter defibrillators; 6. Pregnancy, tracheotomy, facial, neck or chest wall abnormalities that affect postoperative breathing.
