Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged at least 65 years old 2.Patients undergoing elective open abdominal surgery; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade 2 to 3.; 4. The operation time is 3~5 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe dysfunction of vital organs 2. Patients with hypothyroidism; 3. Patients with hypermagnesemia; 4. Other researchers think it is not suitable for this study.
