TAP group:subcostal transversus abdominis plane block

Control group:routine clinical analgesia

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age:18-70 years old; 2.ASA grade I-II; 3.BMI:18.5-30.0kg/m2; 4.elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Infection or damage to the puncture site; 2.Be allergic to local anesthetics or opioids; 3.History of mental disorder or chronic pain; 4.Liver and kidney dysfunction or coagulation dysfunction; 5.Turn into open cholecystectomy.
