18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Consistent with the diagnosis of ulcerative colitis; 2) Between the ages of 20 and 50 years; 3) Those who did not take any medicine or salicylic acid for symptoms of UC in the first 3 months; 4) No prior hormone therapy or prior hormone therapy (prednisone =0.5mg/kg*day); 5) Those who have not taken immunosuppressive drugs or biological agents in the past 3 months; 6) Agree and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with infectious colitis; 2) Patients in remission of UC; 3) Patients with severe chronic diseases, such as hypertension, diabetes, stroke history; 4) Patients with bleeding tendency; 5) Pregnant women and parturient women.
