Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 40 to 85 years; 2. meet the clinical diagnostic criteria of Parkinson's disease established by MDS in 2015; 3. Diagnostic criteria of trunk flexion: thoracolumbar flexion > 45 degree, appeared when walking or standing, and disappeared when lying on his back; 4. can sign informed consent and cooperate with treatment and follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Be allergic to botulinum toxin; 2. Underwent surgery in the past six months; 3. History of cerebrovascular disease, including transient ischemic attack, cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction; 4. With epilepsy or have a history of epilepsy; 5. One of the following history of heart disease occurred within 6 months, including congestive heart failure (severity for New York II-IV), unstable angina pectoris or myocardial infarction; 6. Ventricular arrhythmias require medication, QT interval > 470ms or hypertension with poor control (systolic blood pressure > 150mmHg or diastolic blood pressure > 100mmHg); 7. With a history of mental illness; 8. With a history of autoimmune disease, immunodeficiency disease or organ transplant; 9. With a history of AIDS, syphilis, hepatitis C or hepatitis B; 10. With a history of other serious cardiovascular, lung, liver, kidney or metabolic diseases; 11. With a history of alcohol or drug use in the past 5 years.
