Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years; 2. Digestive endoscopy, pathological diagnosis of early gastric cancer (tumor diameter <= 20mm, no undifferentiated intramucosal cancer with ulcer; regardless of the size of the lesion, no differentiated intramucosal cancer with ulcer ; Tumor diameter <= 30mm, differentiated intramucosal carcinoma with ulcer; tumor diameter <= 30mm, no differentiated sm1 submucosal carcinoma with ulcer; high-grade neoplasia of gastric mucosal epithelium greater than 20mm).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindicated in gastroscopy; 2. Contraindicated in surgical operations such as blood coagulation dysfunction and cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 3. During pregnancy and lactation, those who may not take effective contraceptive measures during pregnancy and lactation, and those who are preparing to conceive; 4. People who have other systemic malignancies at the same time; 5. Those who do not want to participate in this research.
