Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The first myocardial infarction patients who were hospitalized in the department of cardiology of north guangdong people's hospital on November 1, 2020 and December 31, 2021 were selected as the research objects. All the patients met the 2019 guidelines for the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction of Chinese medical association.All the enrolled patients signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recurrent myocardial infarction, various acute and chronic infectious diseases, trauma, malignant tumors, connective tissue diseases, autoimmune diseases, severe peripheral vascular lesions, acute stroke, and severe hepatic and renal insufficiency were excluded.
