Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with an elevation of cardiac troponin values with at least one value above the 99th percentile upper reference limit, chest discomfort or other symptoms suggestive of ischaemia and ST-segment elevation in inferior leads as STEMI.(According to 2019 Chinese Society of Cardiology (CSC) guidelines for the diagnosis and management of patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction); 2) At least one ECG to demonstrate the new-onset complete atrioventricular block before the primary percutaneous coronary intervention; 3) Over 18 years of age but younger than 80 years of age; 4) Within 12 h of symptom onset; 5) Signing the written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with mechanical complication-like interventricular septal perforation, severe mitral valve prolapse, et al.; 2) Cachexia, sever hepatic and renal insufficiency; 3) TIMI-III flow according to coronary angiograms; 4) Poor complicance; 5) Patients who are not suitable based on the evaluation of the research team.
