18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18-45 years; (2) Female; (3) 18.5kg/m2 <= BMI <= 23.9kg/m2; (4) Elective thyroid tumor resection; (5) ASA I or II; (6) Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) History of allergy to local anesthetics; (2) Hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism; (3) Previous mental illnesses such as anxiety and depression or sleep disorders; (4) Perioperative use of sedatives and analgesics; (5) Congestive heart failure; (6) Severe arrhythmia; (7) Kidney failure or liver failure; (8) Pre-excitation syndrome, etc.
