Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients with HCC or cirrhosis confirmed by histology / cytology met the clinical diagnostic criteria of the American Association for the study of liver diseases (ahld); 2. Age >= 18 years; 3. ECoG physical status score 0 or 1; 4. BCLC stage C. Stage B is not suitable for radical surgery and / or local treatment; 5. has not received systemic systemic anti-tumor therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma; 6. according to the evaluation standard for solid tumor efficacy version 1.1, there is at least one measurable lesion or measurable lesion with definite progression after local treatment; 7. child Pugh score = 12; 9. sign the written informed consent, and be able to comply with the visit and related procedures stipulated in the program.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. To investigate the clinical features of fibrolamellar hepatocellular carcinoma, sarcomatoid hepatocellular carcinoma and cholangiocarcinoma confirmed by histology / cytology; 2. to have a history of hepatic encephalopathy or liver transplantation; 3. to be infected with acute or chronic active hepatitis B or hepatitis C; 4. to have central nervous system metastasis; to pregnant and lactating women; 5. to metastatic cancer or to merge with other tumors.
