Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) A clear history of stroke (within 6 months), with corresponding neurological deficit symptoms or imaging evidence; 2) Be able to adhere to all follow-up and evaluation work for one year; 3) Informed consent can be obtained and cognition scale can be completed; 4) Right handed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Have severe physical activity disorder after stroke; 2) Had definite dementia or mental or nervous system diseases that affected cognitive function; did not use nerve and spirit related drugs that affected intelligence in the past; 3) Had brain injury history, serious alcohol, drug abuse history; 4) thrombolysis or thrombectomy after stroke, or recieved other internal and external treatment; 5) Serious aphasia, loss of recognition, loss of reading which will affect the communication. 6) Had extrapyramidal symptoms in early stage, or had hallucinations and other behavioral abnormalities or mental symptoms appeared in the early stage; 7) Stroke caused by trauma, craniocerebral surgery, angiography, intracranial tumor, etc.; 8) Other cases interrupt the follow-up.
