Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Undergoing non-cardiac elective surgery and the duration of surgery was > 60min. 2. Aged >= 60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Dementia and Clinical Dementia Scale more than 1; 2. Communication difficulties; 3. Psychiatric disorders or Taking psychotropic drugs; 4. In poor health and unable to take physical tests or complete questionnaires; 5. History of alcohol or drug abuse.
