Sex/Gender
Male

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (a) HIV diagnosed; (b) Aged over 50 years; (c) Stable antiretroviral therapy (ART); (d) Able to read and communicate in Chinese/Mandarin ; (e) Willingness to download and use the research APP and pedometer; (f) The ability to provide informed consent; (g) No significant physical activity in the previous 1 month,defined as reporting fewer than 150minutes of moderate physical activity per week.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have physical conditons that might limit moderate physical activity (e.g.,myocardial infarction.stroke, heart disease) or severe cognitive impairment were excluded.
