Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-70 years, all patients are right-handed; 2. In accordance with the diagnostic criteria of "China Clinical Dermatology"; 3. This study was approved by the hospital ethics committee. All subjects signed a written informed consent form; 4. Two trained evaluators conduct tests and medical records review on all patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with vague diagnosis; 2. Patients with mental disorders such as schizophrenia; 3. Patients with impaired consciousness such as delirium; 4. Unable to cooperate due to deafness, blindness or other physical diseases; 5. Others that may lead to recognition Diseases with cognitive impairment, such as syphilis infection, vitamin B12 deficiency, systemic lupus erythematosus and thyroid dysfunction; 6. Patients with Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD-17) score greater than 17 are used to exclude depression-related recognition Cognitive dysfunction; because age and education have been proven to affect cognitive function, the patient group and the control group are matched with age and years of education; 7. Recent history of sedative drugs and various drugs that may affect cognitive function.
