Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The age is between 18 and 70 years old; 2. it was diagnosed as advanced lung cancer and could not be removed by operation; 3. First use of PD-1 / PD-L1 inhibitors; 4. ECOG score 0 or 1; 5. Patients have normal communicate, at least primary school education level; 6. Sign the informed consent form voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The life expectancy is less than 6 months; 2. Patients with a history of mental disorders, cognitive disorders, or unable to make normal judgments about things; 3. There are obvious symptoms of brain metastasis; 4. Patients judged by the investigator as unsuitable for enrollment.
