Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 60 years; 2. Able to walk independently; 3. No serious vision and hearing impairment; 4. Informed consent, voluntary participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People with severe heart, lung, and skeletal muscle system diseases; 2. Suffer from neurological diseases that seriously affect balance function, such as stroke and Parkinson; 3. Those who suffer from mental illness such as depression or take psychotropic drugs; 4. Dementia (moderate and above); 5. Those who need to use assistive devices for walking; 6. Participate in other clinical trials at the same time; 7. Illiterate.
