Group 1:Tofacitinib 5mg twice a day and Methotrexate 10mg once a week

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The PsA classification criteria of Moll and Wright were used, excluding pustular and erythrodermic psoriasis
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria were (a) had malignant tumor in last five years; (b) had a history of chronic infection, serious infection in last two months or any chance of infection in last six months; (c) had HIV infection; (d) patients with lymphoproliferative diseases such as lymphoma; (e) had congestive heart failure; (f) had serious uncontrolled diseases involved in the organs including liver, kidney, blood, gastrointestinal tract, endocrine, heart, lung, nerves and brain; (g) had active tuberculosis; (h) had severe reduction of lymphocytes and neutrophil or anemia; (i) patients were pregnant, at the lactation period, or considered to get pregnant.
