18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients in need of CRRT(AKI, ESRD, Acute poisoning, et.al, who have reached the intervention standard of renal replacement); hemodynamic stability who can tolerate RCA-CVVHDF treatment mode; Current use of temporal CVCs; Aged 18 -70 years old; Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Low blood pressure, systolic blood pressure below 90mmHg;Had congestive heart failure (ejection fraction <= 50%), acute myocardial infarction or stroke in the last 6 months; Other clinicians think that the overall condition is serious or inappropriate to participate in the study.
