Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant woman who has a single birth, a natural conception, no infectious disease, and is willing to sign an informed consent form, undergoes a delivery examination and gave birth at Zhongshan Hospital affiliated to Xiamen University.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women with endocrine, metabolic disorder (such as diabetes, hypertension, and hypercholesterolemia), severe infectious diseases,and those with multiple pregnancies as well as premature birth, asphyxia in offspring were excluded.
