Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged from 18 to 60, male or female; 2. The heart rate of SAP patients was still more than 100 beats / min after 6 hours of rehydration; 3. Subjects who signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients allergic to esmolol and its components; 2. Patients with long-term use of beta blockers; 3. Patients with obvious cardiac insufficiency (LVEF < 40%); 4. Patients with severe valvular heart disease; 5. Pregnant or lactating subjects; 6. Patients with bronchial asthma, sinus bradycardia, second to third degree atrioventricular block and severe COPD; 7. Subjects who have participated in other related clinical studies or who are not suitable for this study.
