Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with ASA grade I or II; 2. Patients aged 18-65 years undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia; 3. Patients with BMI > 40kg / m2 or > 35kg / m2 combined with one basic disease; 4. Patients with informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Obese patients caused by endocrine diseases; 2. Patients with known drug allergy, severe heart, respiratory, kidney or liver diseases related to this study; 3. Patients with coagulation dysfunction; 4. Patients with mental disorders (which may affect pain intervention and evaluation); 5. Patients treated with analgesics or psychotropic drugs; 6. Patients with chronic pain diseases.
