Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with age > 18 years and < 40 years old; 2. Those patients who were not found to have related physical and mental diseases; 3. The subjects with normal thinking and intelligence development can understand and sign the informed consent and cooperate with the experiment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with hypertension, coronary heart disease, diabetes, Parkinson's disease, etc.; 2. Patients with pacemaker / defibrillator, ventricular assist device, etc.; 3. Patients with acute and chronic pain such as long-term headache, low back pain and neuropathic pain; 4. Patients who take anti-inflammatory drugs, opioids or drugs for treatment of related diseases for a long time; 5. Women are pregnant or in menstrual period.
