Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. New ICU patients with severe illness, male and female 2. Patients aged 18 years or above; 3. The informed consent was obtained and signed by each patient before admission.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patients who used anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs or received thrombolytic therapy in the past week.
