Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) PDR which has definite indications for surgery and no absolute contraindications to surgery in general condition; (2) Vitrectomy for the target eye is performed for the first time; (3) Agree to join after fully understanding the informed consent of the clinical research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) AIDS, syphilis, leukemia, etc; (2) Type 1 diabetes; (3) No rubeosis iris or NVG, uveitis, branch retinal vein occlusion, age-related macular degeneration, ocular trauma, endophthalmitis, etc; (4) <6 months follow-up after primary vitrectomy.
