Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients who met the diagnostic criteria of the international society for spondylarthritis included: low back pain >= 3 months, onset age < 45 years old, imaging iliac osteoarthritis, etc..

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating women, or women planning to become pregnant within the study time limit; 2. Patients who cannot cooperate with the follow-up; 3. Malignant tumor patients, cachexia patients.
