18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients needed to be aged 18–80 years, have one or more stroke symptoms according to the modified recognition of stroke in the emergency room (ROSIER) scale.Written informed consent was provided.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Uncertain onset of symptoms (e.g., after waking up), no focal stroke like symptoms, and pregnancy. If the diagnosis and treatment plan cannot be cancelled because of the defects of MSU or key equipment of the hospital, if the unstable medical condition needs to be treated immediately, or if the patient is transferred from the primary hospital.
