Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients who were diagnosed as hemorrhoids, anal fistula, perianal abscess and other perianal diseases in the Department of hemorrhoids and fistula of traditional Chinese and Western medicine were selected for surgical treatment; 2. Aged 18-65 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who need catheterization before and after operation; 2. Patients who can not cooperate with the investigation and follow-up during the study; 3. Patients who participated in other clinical trials at the same time.
