Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: patents with acute cholangitis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with diseases that affect the immune function, such as autoimmune diseases, blood diseases, viral hepatitis, HIV infection, etc., or those who have been diagnosed with advanced malignant tumors at the time of admission; 2. Patients who have used hormones, immunosuppressive drugs, chemotherapy drugs or other drugs that affect the immune function within 3 months before admission; 3. Patients who have received biliary drainage or immunotherapy before admission; 4. Patients with coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction, acute coronary syndrome and cardiogenic shock; 5. Severe liver function or renal insufficiency; 6. Severe fatty liver disease, alcoholic liver disease, cirrhosis, hepatitis B antigen positive, hepatitis C positive; 7. Patients with a history of antibiotic use 3 days before admission; 8. Other factors affecting the collection and conduct of blood samples. 9. Refuse to participate in this experiment, quit halfway or lost.
