Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as CKD stage 5; 2. Age >= 20 years old, dialysis age > 6 months; 3. Complete medical history, examination and examination data; 4. Agree to the study and sign informed consent; 5. The patient is in stable condition. 6. In line with IDH (a decrease in systolic blood pressure > 20 mmHg during dialysis, or a decrease in mean arterial pressure above 10 mmHg, or symptoms of hypotension requiring medical intervention), IDH occurred more than 1/10 during dialysis during the first 3 months of enrollment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events occurred in the past 3 months; 2. Active inflammation or malignant tumor; 3. Severe retinal diseases, such as proliferative diabetic retinopathy and vitreous hemorrhage; 4. Serious liver injury occurred in the past 3 months; 5. Patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans; 6. The area of the dialysis membrane is less than 0.8 m 2 or more than 2.2 m 2; 7. The systolic blood pressure during dialysis exceeds 150 mmHg.
