25 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Definite diagnosis of type 2 diabetes, unlimited medical history, aged >= 18 years; (2) eGFR >= 30ml/(min·1.73 m2) (CKD-EPI equation); (3) Intravascular angiography is planned; (4) Sign the informed consent form voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) End-stage renal disease; (2) Maintenance hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis; (3) Allergy to iodine contrast agent; (4) Repeated use of contrast agent within a short period of time (48-72h); (5) Pregnancy and lactation; (6) Rheumatic immune diseases; (7) Malignant tumors; (8) Kidney transplantation.
