Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Volunteers aged 18-30 years participated in this study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There are those who take drugs that will affect muscle mass or muscle strength. 2. Those who participate in moderate intensity exercise for more than two hours a week. 3. There are stroke, serious heart disease, diabetes, neuromuscular disease, so that they can not participate in physical activity. 4. Kidney and bladder stones. 5. Arrhythmia, heart rate regulator and severe cardiovascular disease. 6. Epilepsy, rheumatoid arthritis. 7. Artificial joint was implanted in the last six months and operated recently. 8. Migraine, acute thrombosis and hernia. 9. Those who were engaged in strenuous exercise or muscle ache within 24 hours before the experiment. 10. During the experiment, other reasons caused physical discomfort. 11. The body mass index (BMI) of obese subjects was more than 27, and the body weight of subjects was more than 90 kg.
