50 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Consent to the study; 2. Chinese patients aged between 50-80 years; 3. Diagnosis critiria; a. Presence of at least two of the following symptoms: an antecedent history of ocular or periocular pain, nausea and/or vomiting, intermittent blurring of vision with haloes; b. IOP >40 mmHg at the acute attack, the presence of at least 3 of the following signs: conjunctival injection, persisted corneal epithelial edema, mid-dilated unreactive pupil, shallow anterior chamber. 4. The presence of cataract; 5. IOP >30 mmHg by Goldmann applanation tonometry after medical treatment; 6. Persisted corneal epithelial edema which makes corneal endothelial cell density can't be measured by noncontact specular microscopy, then hindered the surgery of cataract removal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Can't follow the study protocol; 2. Eyes with no light perception; 3. Secondary glaucoma: lens dislocation,uveitis and NVG; 4. Eyes with previous surgeries: TSPC and cataract surgery; 5. Presence of additional ocular pathology; 6. Pregnant and lactation and other systemic disease; 7. Combined with autoimmune diseases need long-term use of local and systemic hormones or contraindications of hormone therapy.
