Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 65 years; 2. A clear diagnosis of colorectal cancer and the need for radical resection of colorectal cancer; 3. No radiotherapy or chemotherapy; 4. No severe diarrhea, liver and kidney failure or cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 5. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Level I-III; 6. Body mass index (BMI) is between 18.5 and 30; 7. Abdominal CT examination showed no obvious lymph node or distant metastasis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of abdominal surgery; 2. Endocrine or immune system dysfunction; 3. Recent blood transfusion; 4. Poor patient compliance or operation time >6 h.
