Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients met the diagnostic and Statistical Manual of mental disorders Fifth Edition (dsm-5) criteria for depressive disorder, and were examined with first MB, et al. Structured clinical interview for DSM-IV-TR axis I disorders, Research version, patient edition. (SCID-I / P) New York: biotechnology research, New York State psychological Institute, november2002; 2. Patients with HAMD-17 score >= 18; suicide risk < 2; Chinese version of mood disorder questionnaire (MDQ) < 7. 3. The age is 20-60 years old. 4. Those who have obtained informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious heart, liver and kidney diseases, without thyroid, tumor, blood history, rheumatism, malnutrition and nervous system diseases. 2. Patients with schizophrenia and without history of abuse of tobacco, alcohol and other psychoactive substances. 3. Patients who took immunomodulators and hormone preparations within half a year took antipyretic and analgesic drugs within two weeks.
