Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who met DSM – IV diagnostic criteria for depression; 2. After strict clinical test and history review, each patient was screened by the same professional psychiatrist using DSM – IV axis I clinical examination (patient version). There was no manic episode, mixed episode or hypomanic episode in the whole course of the disease, and the diagnosis was unipolar depressive episode at present; 3. PHQ_ 9 >= 10 points; 4. Patients aged 18-45 years old, have received formal education in junior high school or above, and have no Chinese reading and writing disorder; 5. Patients with normal vision or corrected vision; 6. Patients who voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form; 7. Patients who have not received electroconvulsive therapy or transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy in the past six months. Inclusion criteria of normal control group: 1. Subjects of two departments and three generations without history of mental disorder; 2. Subjects with no history of mental illness and related diseases confirmed by psychiatrists of attending doctor or above based on SCID interview; 3. Subjects aged 18-45 years old; 4. The subjects who have received formal education in junior high school or above have no Chinese reading and writing disabilities; 5. Subjects with normal vision or corrected vision; 6. The subjects voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent form; 7. Subjects without brain trauma, cerebrovascular disease and other serious organic brain diseases, other serious physical diseases and nervous system diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who previously suffered from neurological diseases, severe somatic diseases, personality disorders, alcohol and drug abuse; 2. Those who are impulsively excited and uncooperative; 3. Women during breastfeeding and pregnancy; 4. Those who have suicidal behavior or serious suicidal ideation.
