Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients scheduled for laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients receiving preoperative chemoradiotherapy; 2. Patients with history of allergy to narcotic drugs; 3. Patients with infectious diseases before operation; 4. Patients with other malignant tumors.
