Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged over 20 years; 2. The patients with myocardial infarction were confirmed by coronary angiography; 3. Patients who had been admitted to hospital with heart failure were confirmed by echocardiography that left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) = 30ml / (min * 1.73m2); blood potassium <= 5.5mmol/l; 5. Patients who agreed to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe lung diseases such as asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 2. Patients with bacterial or viral infection; 3. The subjects of pregnancy; 4. Patients with malignant tumor; 5. Patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 6. Patients with heart failure caused by non ischemic heart disease, valvular disease, viral myocarditis, etc; 7. Patients with rheumatic immune and hematological diseases; 8. Patients with allergic history of ACEI and ARB; 9. Patients with history of angioedema were confirmed; 10. Subjects with symptomatic hypotension and / or systolic blood pressure < 90mmHg.
