60 Years to 120 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: People who are older than 60 and volunteer to accept assessment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute diseases; 2. Patients whose chronic diseases worsen and need emergency treatment; 3. The subjects with significant decline of vision, hearing and cognitive function can not sign informed consent and cooperate with data collection and follow-up health guidance and intervention.
