Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with rotator cuff injury; 2. Patients aged 18-60 years old; 3. Patients with limited joint movement and / or pain.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases are not suitable for shock wave therapy; 2. Patients with severe rotator cuff injury requiring surgical treatment, such as full-thickness rotator cuff fracture or humeral avulsion fracture; 3. Patients with severe limitation of shoulder joint movement; 4. Patients with oral or local injection of analgesics, small needle knife, physiotherapy and other relevant treatments that may interfere with the experimental effect during the treatment process; 5. Patients with severe shoulder arthritis; 6. The patients with cognitive impairment can not cooperate; 7. Patients with unstable vital signs.
