Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with hemiplegia of one side of the limb in the first 6 months; 2. The subjects who can walk at least 10 meters independently and safely had at least 3 months walking time before entering the group, and the fac grade was III or above; 3. Patients with lower extremity Brunnstrom stage III or above; 4. Patients without previous knee injury; 5. Patients without nails, plates, drainage tubes, intrauterine devices and other metal products; 6. Patients with informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with nervous system diseases that affect walking ability, such as involuntary movement, Parkinson's disease, tremor, etc; 2. The patients with obvious cognitive impairment (Mini Mental State Examination < 24 points) and audio-visual comprehension disorder were unable to cooperate; 3. Patients with severe heart, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction.
