Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged 18 years or above; 2. Subjects with normal cognitive ability; 3. The patients who used the same type of antibiotics in perioperative period; 4. Subjects willing to participate in the experiment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe heart, brain, lung, kidney dysfunction or other malignant diseases; 2. Patients with cognitive and emotional disorders; 3. Patients with diabetes and adrenal diseases; 4. Patients with urinary sepsis before operation.
