Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients who met the inclusion criteria were diagnosed as AD; 2. Subjects involved in face, neck and trunk.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of systemic or local use of glucocorticoids and antifungal drugs within 2 weeks; 2. The subjects who had bathed within 24 hours before sampling; 3. Patients with malignant tumor or other serious diseases; 4. Patients allergic to the components of the test drug; 5. Patients who can not follow the doctor's advice and complete the treatment process according to the plan.
