Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with osteoarthritis; 2. Patients over 18 years old; 3. Patients without other systemic diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating women; 2. Patients with previous or present intestinal diseases; 3. Patients with history of gastrointestinal surgery; 4. Patients who used antibiotics for more than 3 days in recent 3 months; 5. Patients with malignant tumor or blood disease; 6. Patients with mental illness; 7. The subjects of excessive emaciation and malnutrition; 8. Patients with severe complications; 9. Patients who underwent surgery within 3 months; 10. Patients who can not cooperate with the treatment and have poor compliance; 11. Other conditions judged by the researcher not suitable for inclusion.
