30 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The subjects aged 30-75 are conscious, can cooperate with treatment, and have good compliance; 2. Patients who were diagnosed according to the diagnostic criteria of cerebrovascular disease formulated by Chinese Medical Association in 2010; 3. Subjects with stable vital signs can tolerate cardiopulmonary exercise test; 4. Subjects with MMSE >= 18; 5. There was no history of brain injury, encephalitis, tuberculous meningitis, etc; 6. Subjects with one of the following items: (1) FVC < 80% predicted value; (2) FEV1/FVC < 70% (3) MVV < 80% predicted value; (4) SaO2 <= 95%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The subjects who have recently participated in other respiratory rehabilitation related researches; 2. Patients with pleural disease or thoracic deformity, primary lung disease, muscle and nerve junction disease; 3. The subjects with severe cognitive impairment can not cooperate with those who have completed rehabilitation training; 4. Patients with hemodynamic disorder; 5. Patients with lower extremity venous thrombosis and pulmonary embolism; 6. Patients with heart failure, respiratory failure, tumor, trauma and other diseases; 7. Patients with mental disorders; 8. Those who do not agree to participate in this study.
