Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Informed consent with signature and date; 2. Those who promise to abide by the research procedures and cooperate with the implementation of the whole process of research; 3. Subjects aged 0-90 days; 4. Children suspected of biliary atresia by clinical symptoms and signs and preoperative examination; 5. The subjects that meet the specific laboratory test results; 6. The subjects who can insist on and cooperate with the research intervention.
