Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged over 60 years, with hypertension history or confirmed hypertension after admission, 500 cases were planned to be enrolled. 2. Patients with acute ischemic stroke should be admitted to hospital within 7 days after the onset of the disease. They should meet the diagnostic criteria formulated in the Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke in 2018, and meet the TOAST classification of large and medium-sized atherosclerotic stroke. Patients with new onset or recurrence of ischemic stroke confirmed by head CT or MRI, and those in non sequelae stage and recovery stage are planned to be enrolled in 150 For example.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with NIHSS score less than 1 or more than 26 on admission; 2. Patients with transient ischemic attack and cerebral hemorrhage; 3. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary disease, liver and kidney failure, severe dementia and mental illness.
