Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The diagnostic criteria of adenovirus pneumonia were as follows 1. The body temperature is always higher than or equal to 39 degrees C, accompanied by cough and wheezing; 2. There may be moist rales or wheezes in the lungs; 3. Nucleic acid test of nasopharyngeal aspirates showed adv positive (> 400 copies · ML-1). There are any of the following diagnostic criteria for severe pneumonia 1. The general condition is poor; 2. Food refusal or dehydration; 3. Disturbance of consciousness; 4. The respiratory rate increased significantly (infant > 70.min-1; elder > 50.min-1); 5. Cyanosis; 6. Dyspnea (groan, three concave sign, flapping of nasal wings); 7. Lung infiltration (multiple lobes or more than 2 / 3 lung involvement); 8. Pleural effusion; 9. Transcutaneous oxygen saturation <= 0.92; 10. Extrapulmonary complications (meningitis, brain abscess, pericarditis, endocarditis, osteomyelitis, arthritis, sepsis, hemolytic uremic syndrome, etc.).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with primary or secondary immunodeficiency. 2. Patients with long-term use of hormone, gamma globulin and immunosuppressant after transplantation and before disease. 3. Patients with other chronic febrile diseases (such as central fever, special pathogen infection, connective tissue diseases, etc.). 4. Patients with negative adv Ag and adv PCR. 5. Patients with incomplete medical history.
