Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 120 patients with chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps accompanied by asthma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects under 18 years old or over 80 years old; 2. Pregnant women and lactating women; 3. Patients with immunodeficiency diseases, severe infectious diseases and other malignant tumors; 4. Patients who cannot accept or tolerate general anesthesia for some other reasons.
